What you get with ATS X-Fit
If you are ready to take your body to another level with the performance training of an elite CrossFit athlete, ATS X-Fit is for you. With this online training program, you will challenge your strength and conditioning through a series of exercises that are designed to improve muscular endurance and explosiveness. ATS X-Fit is an 8-week program (from start to finish). It is broken down into 2-week phases. In weeks 1 to 2, you will be introduced to the workout format. In weeks 3 to 4, you will be challenged by each workout to improve your conditioning. In weeks 6 to 8, you continue to develop your metabolic conditioning with the introduction of new dynamic and explosive movements. This program requires 3 days of gym/club training per week.
